Big M’s Collectables – Return & Refund Policy
At Big M’s Collectables, we take great care to ensure all products are packaged securely and arrive in the condition advertised.
Because trading card products are sensitive to tampering and value changes, we do not accept returns on the following once opened or unsealed:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- ETBs / sealed products
- Singles removed from top loaders / sleeves
- Any item showing signs of use or opened packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate.
Lost Parcels
If Australia Post marks a parcel as Delivered, Big M’s Collectables is not responsible for missing items unless insurance or signature-on-delivery was purchased.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
